The challenges that we encounter in our lives can be overwhelming.

Whether we are experiencing daily stresses, dissatisfaction, or the pangs and strife that can come from trauma, depression, and other mental health challenges, it is important that we are connected and can find ways to communicate with others. It is vital to be witnessed within our challenges and honored for our successes.

Within relationship, we can become empowered to face our challenges and overcome them.
